Sunbury has ample parking for cars and coaches either in the Annexe car park or in the drive. This is offered free of charge to residents and conference delegates, but organizers are asked to think carefully about the number of cars they need to bring and are encouraged to instigate car-share schemes where possible.

The small village of Sunbury and the river Thames is in walking distance, but many nearby attractions are easier to get to via some form of road transport.
