The main corridor in the Sunbury Court mansion leads into the sumptious public lounge.

Once a music salon, the lounge features one of the most remarked about objects in the building, a 3,000 piece crystal chandelier, thought to be an artifact of the Original mansion. Leading the eye upwards, the chandelier hangs from an opulently decorated gilted ceiling.

Equally impressive are the two marvellous examples of Victorian mirrors, one of which sits above a late 19th century Regency fireplace of marble.

This room has a seating capacity 70 in theatre style and may be hired by a conference group.

Walking through the lounge, guests will discover the conservatory or Sun Lounge with views accross the grounds, additional seating for 70 (theatre style) and a table tennis set. This area is additionally used to serve meals - see the Dining Room section for details of catering.
