Any forms submitted to the centre via our web site are not encrypted and as such are subject to the same security levels as ordinary email.

We may keep your details in a computer database for our own market analysis but will not sell your details on to any other third party. We also may occasionally use this database to send you details of the hotel's special offers which we believe you may be interested in, unless you specifically instruct us not to do so by unchecking the relevant box on our form. Don't worry, we won't flood your inbox with junk every day, perhaps as little as just two a year!
